Job Title: Director of Ministry & Operations
Full-Time (hybrid remote/local) | Birmingham, AL | Reports to: Executive Director
Holcomb Ministries | www.holcombministries.org
About Us
Holcomb Ministries provides intentional support to families facing the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges of a NICU stay. Rooted in Psalm 23, we believe the Lord is our Shepherd—both in life’s valleys and mountaintops. Holcomb means “deep valley” and we know the NICU entails layers of difficulty for families. We aim to reflect God’s tender compassion through practical support and heartfelt ministry. From counseling for caregivers, housing, meals, therapy equipment, and care items - our ministry comes straight from the heart of former NICU parents who’ve been there. It is our honor to give back.
